It can be introduced into industrial fodder, as it has the ability to coexist in various temperatures and salinities and is easy to raise.
The fatty tissue of this type of fish is golden orange, very rare, the flesh is tender, odorless, very suitable for making raw and steamed fillet fish fillets and other cooking methods.
