Distribution: Western Pacific, Japan, southern Aomori, Korea, Taiwan, East and South China Seas.

Characteristics: There are orange spots along its body, and it spreads from the temperate zone to the subtropical zone, and at a temperature of 15 degrees Celsius, it can survive and eat its food, and at the beginning of its life it is a female and then becomes a male. The temperature suitable for discharging it ranges between 20.7 - 26.5 degrees Celsius. The red grouper fish is the most expensive grouper fish. Its flesh is sweet and refreshing.
